![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | About the Chef Chef Leslie Fight was employed in human resources, compensation, benefits and process design and improvement in the corporate world for over twenty years and chose to follow her passions - cooking and serving others. Leslie is a professionally trained member of the U.S. Personal Chef Association, and a graduate of the USPCA Culinary Business Academy. In 2005, Leslie earned her Certified Personal Chef Designation. She is licensed and bonded to prepare meals for you in your home. Leslie is active in the Atlanta Chapter of the US Personal Chef Association. At the 2005 National Conference, in Atlanta, Leslie taught the course Pressure Cookers for Personal Chefs to a packed ballroom class. Leslie is the co-founder of Feed My Sheep Food Ministries of St. Luke's Episcopal Church where she and her partner prepare healthy, delicious meals for delivery to homebound parishioners. She serves families with new babies, and helps the Sunday School children bake holiday gifts for the elderly. Leslie provides healthy menu planning for Operation Boot Camp, an outdoor morning fitness program. She credits Operation Boot Camp for her improved health, positive outlook and rosy cheeks.
